Abstract
The need to ensure compliance with the actual production process of car maintenance and repair at a car service enterprise and the regulatory requirements of the state and vehicle manufacturers to its organization and flow is a complex scientific and practical task, one more step to solve which has been carried out in this work. The article presents the results of a theoretical summary consideration of the problem of compliance of regulatory support and sign models of the production process of providing maintenance and repair services at road transport enterprises to the flow of the corresponding real production process, which determines the suitability of such models and regulatory support for use in the production of services and at the same time the flow efficiency real production processes Car service and repair. The development of methodological foundations to ensure compliance of preliminary modeling data and regulatory support of production processes and their actual flow is the basis for ensuring the efficiency of auto service enterprises and the quality of the services they provide. We have set goals and identified key measures for the development of methodological support for regulatory activities in order to improve the compliance of regulatory and real values of production process parameters at car service enterprises, including: systematization of requirements for regulatory support and development of a system of indicators for assessing the quality of service provided by auto service in terms of satisfaction consumer. To solve the posed problem, the article proposes the use of an integrated approach, including: taking into account the formation of the regulatory support of the production processes of the car service real state of the respective enterprises, for which it was proposed to revise the system of tasks for the regulatory support of vehicle maintenance and repair. It was proposed to introduce a new element into the components of conformity - technological compliance, the essence of which is that when creating standards and designing production and technological processes, correction factors will be used to bring the initial parameters of the model to the state of technological equipment and the level of education and staff qualifications. the results of the work make it possible to better assess the efficiency of the auto service enterprise and more accurately set the standards for resource consumption when performing maintenance and repair of automobiles on real large auto service enterprises - auto dealership service centers.
