Diagnostics of functional systems of the hybrid vehicle power plant
Abstract
There is a direct relationship between the technical condition of a hybrid power plant, energy costs and torque on the crankshaft of an internal combustion engine. This relationship gives reason to state the following: when operating hybrid vehicles under certain conditions, the technical condition of the hybrid power plant for a given period of time can be assessed in terms of energy costs. This makes it possible to rationally plan the operating modes and determine the optimal service life of a particular hybrid vehicle, and reduce the cost of its maintenance. Knowledge of the technical condition of the hybrid power plant is necessary to create a repair base and justify the need for spare parts.
The theoretical foundations of the method for diagnosing the technical condition and residual life of a hybrid power plant of a vehicle have been developed. A method for diagnosing the technical state of a hybrid power plant is obtained, which determines the dependence of the criterion of the resource indicator on the energy consumption of the vehicle. Vehicle speed, voltage and current of the traction battery, fuel injection time by an injector and crankshaft rotation speed of an internal combustion engine are energy indicators for diagnosing the technical condition and residual life of a hybrid power plant of a vehicle.
Energy (fuel, electricity) costs are determined by the loading speed of the hybrid vehicle. On this basis, the energy costs are determined under the given operating conditions the resource of the power plant of the hybrid vehicle. In addition, the diagnostic model for assessing the technical state of the power plant of a hybrid vehicle is invariant to various
power plants.
The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the fact that the obtained scientific results constitute a single complex of studies (concept, principles, methods and mathematical models), a method for diagnosing the technical condition and determining the residual life of a hybrid power plant of a vehicle is proposed. The above studies form a theoretical basis for diagnosing the technical state of hybrid power plant units, scientific substantiation of the basic diagnostic parameters of hybrid vehicles..
