Abstract

Service in auto centers is currently carried out at special diagnostic posts, where rather complex and expensive diagnostic equipment is used. This type of service leads to the appearance of queues and related problems.

The use of computers in automotive diagnostics has made the process much easier, more accurate and faster. And yet, when we talk about computer diagnostics, we take into account a lot of "buts". Therefore, to eliminate these "buts", a multi-agent system appears - a new step in the car service industry.

With the help of the vehicle diagnostic module, it includes a self-diagnosis system and an electronic control unit, using a multi-agent approach becomes more possible. In such technologies, the principle of autonomy of individual parts is laid down, functioning together in a distributed system, where many interrelated processes occur simultaneously.

On the technical side, modeling multiagents for a car is more than a real phenomenon. Modern advances in the transport spheres of mobile data transmission, portable diagnostic devices and devices at service stations, reading vehicle sensor readings using an electronic control unit, etc., are taken together to a new level. Namely - the arrangement of all diagnostic systems into one, more innovative and accurate multi-agent system.

The use of an agent-based approach will improve the reliability of the car, and especially those elements of the car, which, according to the results of a statistical study, most often lead to disability. Information about how the level of reliability increases after each type of work, that is, to what extent the reliability of individual elements affects the overall reliability of the vehicle, will allow additional maintenance in volumes sufficient to increase the vehicle's performance to the required level.

The work proves the expediency of using intelligent agents in a multi-agent system for the implementation of the tasks of software and information support of TO and R.
