Normative and methodological provision for tests agricultural machines. State and perspective
Abstract
The article presents the results of the analysis of approaches to measuring the accuracy of measurements during testing and normative and methodical provision of test methods agricultural machines. The analysis shows that calculating the uncertainty of measurements during testing is an indispensable element for evaluating their accuracy. To date, there are some difficulties with the discrepancy between the requirements of the test method and the requirements for measuring the accuracy of measurements. In addition, verification methods should be improved in terms of regulatory support. The analysis results allow us to develop a set of normative documents for measuring the accuracy of measurements in accordance with modern requirements. The results of the analysis of normative and methodical support formulated the tasks, the solution of which will help improve the system of tests of agricultural machines and improve their quality. The analysis shows the need to develop a new approach to organization of tests based on a combination of requirements of mandatory regulatory documents and requirements of customers in terms of their vision of the importance of certain characteristics on the basis of real achievements of scientific and technological progress.
