Abstract
The article lists the main regulatory legal acts that regulate the transport o f dangerous cargo. In order to guarantee an adequate level o f safety during the transportation o f dangerous cargo using road transport, the organization and technical support o f the transportation of cargo o f the first, second and third classes was substantiated.
