Abstract

An effective way of modifying the reducing coatings with secondary raw materials during the reduction of surfacing products is proposed. For the first time, studies have been carried out on the use of secondary raw materials as a modifier - detonating charge from the disposal of ammunition (magnetic component). The influence of the method of the introduction of such an additive on the structure formation in metallographic and electronmetallographic investigations has been studied. It is shown that the introduction of a modifying additive and the effect on structure formation depend on the technological parameters of its introduction. The small inhomogeneity of the structure is characteristic for the restoration of parts without the introduction of the additive and using a slip coating. The best results are achieved when the additive is introduced by electrode tension. This ensured the grinding of the grain in the coating, prevented the crystallization of dendrites, and formed the most durable, wavy fusion zone with the base.
