Justification of economic performance and efficiency of restorative surface of details compositional materials
Abstract
Based on the analysis of scientific and technical literature, the work substantiates the economic feasibility of restoring machine parts. The calculation of the economic efficiency of the use of the created composite material and the technology of its electric arc surfacing on the example of the restoration of the axle of the balance beam of the rear suspension of the KamAZ automobile is presented. The economic effect was assessed at the cost of restoration and from changes in the resource of the part.
