Features of grinding and mechanical activation of mixtures of different-strength charge materials for wear-resistant surfacing

Abstract

Based on the analysis of physical and chemical phenomena that occur during mechanical grinding and mechanical activation of powder materials, a technology for synthesizing a modifying material using the SHS process and the process of surfacing wear-resistant coatings based on self-fluxing materials has been developed. An algorithm for estimating the degree of grinding of powder materials is proposed.
