Abstract
A mathematical model of the flow of a gas-air mixture passing through the narrowed neck of the diffuser of a mixer is proposed, which makes it possible to estimate the negative effect of the additional aerodynamic resistance that arises in the intake duct of the internal combustion engine, which affects the traction and speed characteristics of vehicles.
