Research of laws of formation for transport services

Abstract

This article discusses the features of the formation of the transport services. The essence of the transport services market is determined its structure and functions, as well as the objective conditions of its functioning on the territory of the national economy of the state. The definition of categories is given on the basis of the definitions of eminent as "the market of transport services" and "transport service". Based on the analysis of many works is summarized the classification of transport services for the corresponding segmentation of this market. The types of competition in the market of transport services are considered its influence on the development of the national transport system. А proposal was made to further the development of the transport services. Effective work primarily depends on the availability of different types of transport for freight. In Ukraine, today there is a potential for transportation of goods: cars (various capacities), rail transportation, container transportation, by means of transport of annual and sea transportation, airlines. However, the rolling stock of most types of transport does not always meet the requirements of modern logistics. The main problem is the moral and physical wear of the rolling stock and, in this regard, the economic and environmental impracticability of its use in the transport of goods. Transport is an equal subject of the market compared with other sectors of the also fully fit into these relations. Market relations are an integral part of all sectors of the state economy. Transport taking into account its own specifics of observance of the objective economic laws of the market, should ensure the effective functioning of the free economic space of Ukraine, as well as ensure the proper profitability of the transport business enterprises. At each stage of its development, Ukraine's transport systems are faced with a change in the interconnections that exist in the system. Given the availability of both internal and external reserves, the transport system has a fairly large potential for its development. Each component of the transport system (people involved in the transport process, infrastructure, vehicles) provides its competitiveness. In carrying out research on the regularities of the formation of transport services is the choice of the optimal mode of transport for the transportation. One of the main criteria for choosing a transport vehicle for moving an item is its economic feasibility. However, it is also necessary to highlight a number of other criteria: territorial availability; possibility; energy efficiency; limited time (urgent for urgent necessities, especially if these goods are vital, in extreme conditions, or goods should expire quickly), or vice versa, the time frame is not critical and transportation may be increased provided that more economical and accessible mode of transport; availability of human potential and others. These criteria allow changing transport services depending on existing demand. This will avoid a number of problems, not only economic, but also technological.
