An attempt is made to develop an algorithm for selecting the dimensions of the cross section of the reinforced concrete beam, the optimal cost, the characteristics of the materials that are specified. At the same time the part of the stretched zone of concrete joins work. The variable parameter is the height of the concrete section of the reinforced concrete beam.
