Abstract

The article describes the influence of understanding systems of machine units (MA) on the systematic compaction of soil, which affects the development of crops from germination to crop formation. The main consequences of seals from MA propulsion systems are named. Existing methods for reducing the mechanical impact of propulsions on the soil are considered.

The results of the development of tractor construction and mass use of tractors in agriculture have confirmed the fears of researchers about the detrimental effects of tractor engines on the fertile soil layer and exacerbated a number of serious problems that can not be solved within the conventional technology of MA in agriculture.

Traffic control requires proper coordination of the movement of all machines, including combines, grain loaders. Converting traffic to controlled traffic is not a simple replacement, but rather a transition that can take years.

The issue of optimizing the harvesting process of grain crops worries many agricultural producers. If to speed up the work there is an opportunity to buy a more powerful combine with a large hopper and other modern technical capabilities, the logistics issue is much more difficult to solve.

Developed proposal for monitoring the harvesting process, which includes the process of monitoring the work of harvesting equipment, development and use of data on the location of reloaders, cars in relation to the combine and digitization of relevant information - allows you to build the optimal route of grain from combine to grain truck , its losses during overloading, control of quantity and humidity of harvested grain and optimization of fuel and lubricants consumption.
