Experimental researches on the performance performance indicators of the organic distributor of PRT-10 with a two-wheeled equipment
Abstract
Technological tasks of mechanized composting with modernized spreaders of organic fertilizers, mixer aerators, aerators, mixer-loaders are provided with the working organs of milling-drum type, which make up to 80% of machine designs. The design of a two-drum hinged device for the trailer spreading of organic fertilizers ПРТ-10, which improves the quality, shredding, mixing, aeration of raw materials, is developed. An experimental study was conducted to establish the relationship between the structural and kinematic parameters of the device and the performance indicators of the technological process. Experimental installation is developed. Criteria for evaluating the technological process are homogeneity of the distribution of moisture in the formed bar as an indicator of mixing efficiency, energy intensity of work. As a result of experimental studies, the dependence of the average homogeneity of the manure-compost mixture and the specific energy intensity on the kinematic parameters of the mode of operation and the location of the upper working organ relative to the lower one was established.
