Organic farming products in air corridors
Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual problem of ensuring the process of transportation by air corridors of organic products.
The purpose of this study is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the organization of transportation of perishable products of organic origin.
The subject of the article's research is the logistics of perishable cargo transportation in the air corridors.
The relevance of the topic is that today, the best way of delivery is through international transport corridors. In order to improve the delivery of perishable goods, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate type of transportation while maintaining the quality of the goods themselves. The complexity of air transportation of organic products is that during landing on the cargo there are significant dynamic loads, and in flight - sharp changes in temperature. This may adversely affect the quality of the products being transported. The article covers the problem of transshipment from one board to another, which is complicated by the fact that all conditions for ensuring the temperature conditions and the absence of even slight shock loads must be observed.
In today's market, more and more fresh products are gaining in popularity, but due to improper transportation, organic products may lose their properties and their quality will no longer be doubtful. In accordance with the level of international standards, it is necessary to improve logistical service of such cargoes. The solution to this problem is given by the experience of developed countries, where regional, national and transnational transport and logistics systems are actively created and improved, providing efficient transport, research and production and supply-andtrade communications between economic agents.
To improve the reliability of perishable goods, it is possible to refocus them by rail and sea. The advantages of this mode of transport are that a large amount of cargo can be transported over long distances (and intercontinental transportation by sea) at a minimal cost. However, perishables in this mode of transport are better not to carry because of the length of time of transportation.
The information on the method of preparation of perishable cargo for transportation by air transport corridors with observance of all norms and standards, as well as the proposed algorithm for organizing the carriage of this type of products will provide the necessary conditions for the safe, quality and efficient delivery of demanding perishable products from the place of its production and to the place of consumption.
As a result of the studies, the methodological foundations for managing the logistics of perishable goods in aviation air corridors were determined, which can provide optimization of business processes for the supply of organic farming products directly to customers while maintaining the quality and timeliness of delivery.
The practical significance of the results obtained is that they can be used in management decisions and the development of conditions and requirements for the transportation of perishable products in order to improve the quality of their logistics services.
