Calculations of tribotechnical reliability of sliding bearings
Abstract
It is known that in modern machines 90% of failures are associated with the problem of wear of their parts. Therefore, the quantitative evaluation of the reliability of machine parts due to wear failures requires special attention. while mathematical models of wear are used as a basis for calculation, which describe in one way or another a process of loss of efficiency due to wear. The work is devoted to the quantitative assessment of the reliability of bearing bearings sliding machines. Developed-on the design method for determining the tribological reliability of the bearings of the crankshaft automobile. The method of calculation of coefficient of variation of wear according to coefficients of contact pressure variation, friction path and coefficient of wear intensity is proposed. The functions of bearing bearing nodes reliability are constructed. It was established that the reliability of depositors from aluminum alloy in 1, 57 times higher than the reliability of depositors from the bronze alloy.
