Abstract
The article proposed a systematic approach to the problem of forming a unified system of monitoring of new and existing vehicle, namely board structure complex of intelligent transport system (ITS), which can serve as a methodological tool for study terms of reference for the development and formation of monitoring of vehicles in traffic flow in road transport Ukraine. In consideration functionality ITS for monitoring of technical information on the individual vehicles in traffic flows, identified and substantiated information available on the use of ITS. The justification of perspectives the formation of monitoring systems the vehicles, operating in Ukraine, is done.
