Influence of operational reliability at the level of occupational injuries

Abstract

In this article the suggestion of independent factors of production under an objective basis "risk pyramid" and dangerous actions of employees as well as a subjective component manufacturing process that creates some risks proposed as the second level. Integral risk of abnormal production situation or accident caused by production factors, determined by the condition of simultaneous display of relevant hazardous industrial objective and subjective factors dangerous actions (errors) are included in the model. A comprehensive risk assessment method of health loss and socio-economics consequences after the occupational accident for introducing a system of health insurance is considered. Real accident statistics regarding to the causes and frequency have wide sample size by the industrial particularities and dangerous technological factors. To determine the accident particular risk for one factor we need two data according to equations system with two unknowns, trauma probability by i-manufacturing factor and personal psychological stability under this accident. The disability insurance management has to recognize that further emphasis should be given to promoting scientifically sound models to identity personal psychological stability.
