Method of wear plunger high-pressure pump

Abstract

In the article the experimental research of wear piston high-pressure pumps for wetting the example of Italian pumps. The main reasons that led to the deterioration of plungers are hydroabrasive wear. Established dynamics of piston diameter using mikrometrazhne measurements using micrometers and corresponding mark in accordance with the test card manufacturer. In the plungers pump wear is a drop in pressure and consequently the performance of the pump, which affects the operating status of the system. We consider the pressure that develops pump, the respective values of the diameter of the piston, which made it possible to determine the diameter limit values as they are required pump does not develop pressure. Determined pump performance during certain periods of use, before the piston threshold to be allowed to determine the continued appropriateness of the use of plungers and pumps in general.
