Abstract

The analysis of information on faults and suggest ways to improve the reliability of deck winches. The resulting dependence of the normalized distribution function and the probability of failure-free operation of deck machinery led to the conclusion that the mechanical reliability of marine winches mechanisms often depend on the uptime of auxiliary electrical equipment.
