Abstract
It has been shown that post-consumer wood (PCW) is a potential secondary raw material resource (about 2 million. tons/year) for manufacturing blockboards. Physical and mechanical properties of PCW-made blockboards have been studied. strength at static bending across the rails, shearing strength of the adhesive layer, shape stability. A technology has been provided for application of PCW in blockboards production. Operating parameters and practical recommendations have been provided for the technology of manufacture of PCW-made blockboards.
