Abstract

New capabilities for building reliable, easy to maintain and inexpensive devices for mechanization of production processes and automatic control systems in agriculture came with the creation of the element base of pneumatic automation. The relevance of tasks and problems is that systematized information and data in respect of reliability of application of elements and devices of pneumatic automation in the technique of agriculture are absent. The operating experience of jet control systems elements of pneumatic automation for a long period of time, in harsh conditions of work showed that they are highly reliable. The conclusion about high reliability control systems, built on an inkjet elements on the basis of experience gained in different industries. Therefore the aim of the research is ensuring a sufficiently high reliability of technical facilities of agriculture with elements of pneumatic automation. The objectives of the research are preliminary qualitative and quantitative assessment of the reliability of technical means of agriculture with elements of pneumatic automation, as well as the accumulation and systematization of data and information about the reliability of working processes of technical equipment of agriculture with elements of pneumatic automation. The studies shows that the reliability of the working process of technical equipment of agriculture with elements of pneumatic automation is a comprehensive, integrated characteristic and includes highly variables of reliability, durability and maintainability.
