Formulated the basic steps to solve the problem of complete satisfaction in all areas of parking vehicle center of gravity in the central downtown by research needs in the field of parking, maximum parking service area and the formation of intercept parking with quality service organization of bus routes , which in turn will enable reduce the traffic load on the road network and major centers of large cities.
