Abstract
The methods and principles of information security and diagnostics to improve the reliability and stability of vehicles are summarized. Standardization of onboard diagnostics allowed to establish three basic criteria that must be satisfied information control system: mounted on vehicle should be standardized; the occurrence of any problems that may cause of use deterioration, the operator must be notified by the warning light on the instrument panel and (or) the audible signal; failure information should be recorded and stored in the system memory with the possibility of removal. Developed control systems of vehicles fluid level and limit angles on the basis of modern element base, which can be used independently or as the part of an information control system vehicles parameters to improve the reliability and stability in real operation conditions. Operational testing systems on articulated wheeled tractors frames with nominal tractive force 35 kN showed their performance. The obtained results can be used in the vehicles manufacture and operation.
