Abstract
In work, using the data flow diagram, the subject area of the information system for assessing the technical condition of the vehicle under operating conditions during its monitoring by means of intelligent transport systems (ITS) has been determined. IdenMonDiaOperCon "HNADU-16" was developed with the help of which the average speed on the route, the relative rate of change of speed and average fuel consumption in real operating conditions were developed.
