Abstract
44 Performed parametric identification dynamic model of transient processes in piston pumps and hydraulic motors capacity hydraulic drive GST-90,112. Based on the dimensional analysis method, expressions for determining the gain factors К1 – К4 and time constant Т1 –Т4. The dependences of these parameters change with decreasing pump flow rate and efficiency motor. Determined that increases in of leakage in the pump and the motor causes an increase of the inertia, which results in increase time constants Тн и Тм, while reducing the damping decrements pump performance fluctuations dн and motor dм, which when substituted in the solution of differential equations allow you to model the dynamics of the transition process in piston motors and pumps.
