The combined hardening coverings for chisel of hoe boots of seeders
Abstract
Are analyzed character and the reasons of wear of instruments (chisels) of hoe boots of seeder Primera DMC-9000 Amazone Ltd. Co. (Germany) at achievement of limiting condition by them and operating time 60-200 ha. For a reinforcement of a chisel use of five designs of the combined covering consisting of four constructional and technological elements is offered: a hard-alloy plate, hard-alloy, borides or a composition covering, a metal-ceramic or electrospark covering, volumetric quenching of an original material which place on various plots of a wearing out surface of a chisel. By results of technological researches and a field test of the strengthened actions two designs of a hardening covering of chisel and optimized: 1 - RF-overlaying welding of a true rake by alloy ПС-14-60 (in Russian) + lateral faces electrospark covering by alloy ВК8 (in Russian), 2 - RF-overlaying welding of a true rake by alloy ПГ-С27 (in Russian), combined with borating + lateral faces electrospark covering. Strengthened by the combined covering and RF-hardening a chisel develop in 1,5-2 times higher wear resistance in comparison with control.
