Abstract

The paper considers the support of dealer engineering centres of the tractor “Belarus” with spare parts. It is possible to organize the functioning of three types of storehouses: storehouse for warranty tractors up to 200 h.p.; storehouse for warranty tractors up to 300 - 350 h.p.; storehouse for commercial spares. The methods of calculating spare parts demand and their optimal distribution among the levels of the reservation system are shown.
