Determination of fuel consumption during warming of the engine of the car

Abstract
The article presents the results of measuring the fuel consumption in the process of warming up the engine of the VAZ-2112. A method for processing experimental data was developed and the error was estimated. A model for calculating fuel consumption for starting and warming up the engine, depending on the ambient temperature, is given. On the example of the VAZ-2112, the calculation of the rate of fuel consumption required to start and warm up the engine in the cold period of operation of the vehicle. Dependences are obtained for a comparative assessment of fuel consumption using different methods.
