Abstract

The theoretical research of dynamics of transient processes in piston pumps and motors with different leakage of the working fluid. The results allow to choose the monitoring procedure, which ensures maximum sensitivity (a measure of accuracy) to detect and change the speed of diagnostic signs. Theoretical way substantiated diagnostic features to determine the pump flow rate and efficiency motor - the rate of increase of the pump pressure and the rate of increase of the motor rotor angular speed. A multi-level hierarchical scheme diagnosis of the hydrostatic drive that considers fluid leaks in the pump and the motor under load.
