Abstract

Introduction. The great number of researchers doesn’t give the quality indicators and detailed information about the strategic question about potato growing in Ukraine with the usage of the modern machinery and technologies, which would be competitive nowadays. That is why, the burning issue in our country is the understanding of the real conditions in the potato-growing industry. Formulation of the problem. Perform technical and technological analysis of potato-digger combines by the company GRIMME. Present recommendations for the farms about the usage of the potato-digging combines by the company GRIMME in different conditions. The Results of the research. The results of the technical and technological analysis of the operative parts of the potato-digger combines by the company GRIMME are presented. The researchers reviewed the potato-digger combine by the company GRIMME Varitron 470: the undermining device with the crown barrel and the system Terra Control, the separator device with the dispensation of stream on the height where the rear axle is fasted; the taking conveyor, and the first and second planting conveyor with the hydraulic drive unit; circular elevator with the diameter 1200 mm with the fabric tape; 2 driven front wheels 270/95 R54 with the possibility of hydraulic lateral movement± 100 mm, the angle of wheels turning ± 63°; 2 driven rear wheels 1×900/60 R32 right hand, the angle of wheels turning ± 20°; engine Mercedes-Benz (MTU) OM 470 LA: 320 kW/435 PS level IV (Tier 4 Final)with exhaust gas cleaning technology SCR (AdBlue); system Clean Control - centralized regulation; colored monitor, reversing and lighting camera; system Visual Protect - visual inspection with the help of tire CAN-Bu.
