Structural identification of the mathematical model of transient processes in tribosystems
Abstract
The work performed structural identification of mathematical models of the dynamics of transients wear rate and friction coefficient tribosystems. Рerformed equations of the dynamics of transients in the form of differential equations. As follows from the form of differential equations, the transition process in tribosystem described oscillatory functioning of the second order. Analysis
equations revealed that the dynamics of the transition process in tribosystem affects acceleration and the rate of rise of the input exposure. It was found, that the nature of the transient process after application to the tribosystem input action depends on the gain and time constant and decrement values. The resulting solution of differential equations for the wear rate and coefficient of friction, which allow you to perform simulations of the transition process in tribosystem during running. The preparation of such solutions is the result of structural identification tribosystem.
