Abstract

The need for separation of the work performed by tractor to the active (useful) and passive (negative) to improve the efficiency of their use in the agricultural sector. It is proved that on transport operations when unitizing tractor with semi-trailer and semi-mounted trailer has a large active transport unit with semi-mounted trailer. For transport and technological units of variable mass in continuous loading / unloading of cargo the total work force in driving the tractor with semitrailer aggregation does not depend on the shape of the trajectory of the mass movement of cargo center, but depends on the start and end of his position. The decrease in the active operation of the vehicle and, accordingly, to increase passive operation significantly affects its irregular movement due to the instability of the traction force of the tractor and its resistance movement. It is experimentally proved that the linear motion of the transport unit HTZ-17221 + TSP-16 (weight of cargo – 12 tons) on a hard dirt road over a distance of 1000 m due to non-uniformity of its motion passive job was 3.2 MJ (equivalent to 0.07 kg diesel fuel), with a tuck-in motion – 6.4 MJ respectively (0.15 kg of diesel fuel).
