Efficiency increase of cargo delivery in intercity
Abstract
The aspects of efficiency increase of cargo intercity delivery by optimizing the technological parameters of industrial and transport sector have been considered. The functioning of cargo delivery logistics system in intercity have been considered in terms of integration of production, transport and consumers to ensure high delivery process efficiency and single technological process implementation throughout the production and transport system. The optimum proportion of production and transport capacities in the creation of a single inter-branch cargo delivery technology in intercity has been developed. The optimal technological parameters of industrial and transport sector are the consignment volume for the request and capacity of loading operations front of cargo owners in given conditions. Using the obtained optimal parameters a work of all transport market participants involved in the delivery has been approved. It will cause rhythmic continuity of all industrial and transport sector and will create a single technological process of logistics package cargo delivery system in intercity. Delivery time reduction and production cycle optimizing resulted from the above-stated have been improved the efficiency of package cargo delivery in intercity.
