Abstract
Studies on the evaluation of the building structures state is carried out. The analysis of the heat losses level in brick and wooden buildings is conducted. The deviations were revealed and recommendations were given on the elimination of hidden defects, detected by the thermal imaging control method, for increasing the energy efficiency of the structures under study.
