Modern market of agricultural machinery in Ukraine and prospects of development of domestic enterprises of agricultural machinery

Abstract

t is noted that the main form of reproduction of fixed assets (OZ) of agrarian enterprises of the SME sector of the Ukrainian AIC, which processes about 38.8% of the country's sown area, is the use of restored machinery that was in operation. The main reason for this phenomenon is the limited financial capacity of SMEs to acquire new equipment. The nominally important role of the domestic enterprises of agricultural machinery as for the restoration of the OZ of enterprises of the ERU is underlined. The relevance of the topic, the purpose and purpose of the research are indicated. A brief analysis of the dynamics of the tractor market in Ukraine has been conducted, the main trends of its development and the factors of influence, which cause them, are noted. The system of indicators (consumer properties, designation, ergonomics, safety of execution of technological processes) and norms of these indicators, which serve as a complete complex of means for creation of the perfect method of estimation of the level of quality of different models of tractors in the Ukrainian market are considered. It is established that its application area is not sufficiently extended. Perhaps this is due to the complexity of the process of checking the compliance of the actual values of the indicators to the normative values for individual models that are carried out during their testing and operation. On the basis of this methodology, we evaluated the quality level of the models of tractors currently manufactured by OAO KhTZ and OJSC Slobozhanska Industrial Company, that is, the conformity of the values of the main indicators to their normative values. It is established that all models of the brand of KhTA (except for HTA-220-1) according to the energy-consistency index correspond to the norms presented in [9]. KhTZ brand models are approaching the norm according to this indicator and will be able to achieve it quickly, provided that the engines YMZ-236 is replaced with more powerful YAMZ-238. By the stock of torque tractors tractors HТА and KhTZ lag behind from the best foreign brands: John Deere 8335R, Case IH Magnum 340, Case IH Magnum 340, Belarus 2022.3 and so on. This indicator depends on the quality of the engine mark. According to [13], the nominal torque reserve of the diesel engine D-260.4 is 24%, and in YMZ-236D3 only 15%. When completing tractors of the brand KhTZ and KhTA engines, it should be preferred for engines of mark D-260.4, D-262.2S2 before engines of YMZ brand.
