Lines of work aimed at increasing durability separating sieves
Abstract
As separation of crushed grain mass used different devices, the most common are sieves. Existing ways and methods to improve durability of separating work of crushers. Also take into account features of its structure as perforated systems and actual benefits when used the crushed grain on farm. Thus, the presented analytical review shows that working parts of crushing chambers of grain crashers as a consequence of the constant interaction with the ground while its grinding and separation are subjected to heavy wear, with a gradual loss of working capacity. The improvements in structural solutions of separating working bodies are mainly aimed at improving productivity and the quality of the separation process, while improving the reliability of the sieves is given insufficient attention. Given the characteristics of the screens as perforated components, a characteristic is a feature of the wear holes. Thus, a promising should be considered a research, above all, of constructive methods of increasing their durability. This is due to operating conditions and manufacturing of the screens, where the use of hardening wear resistant coatings or materials is not technically feasible and economically justified.
