Features of the measurement complex for researching the work of the gas-motor vehicle with the heat training system under the conditions of equipment by its means
Abstract
The article describes the structure of a measuring complex for studying the operation of a vehicle with an engine equipped with a system of fuel gas injection and a system of heat training, under the conditions of exploitation by means of ITS. The existing vehicles, means and methods for determining the specified parameters of the technical condition, modern equipment and information capabilities of ITS are analyzed, the authors propose a variant of the scheme of information exchange between the elements of the measurement system for carrying out the remote study of the work of the vehicle equipped with the system of gas fuel injection and the system of heat training from phase transient thermal battery, under the conditions of exploitation by means of ITS. The feature of the proposed scheme is a multilevel construction of a mechanism for receiving and processing information about the parameters of the technical condition, depending on the functional suitability of the vehicle and its parameters, operating conditions, design features and means of information provision of the research processes. As a result of systematic interaction of the components for implementation of the indicated functions of the on-board monitoring system of the technical condition of the vehicle with the help of constituent elements, a remote study was carried out on the operation of a vehicle equipped with a gas fuel injection system and a heat treatment system with a phase transient thermal battery, under the conditions of exploitation by ITS. The exchange of information is carried out through the networks of reception and transmission of information, namely GPS, a-GPS, GLONASS, SBAS, GPRS, Internet or local area network. In memory of the monitoring system of the parameters of the technical condition laid out the initial data, including parameters of the vehicle and the transport engine. The fragments of the results of the measured measurements are presented in the form of a map of the vehicle's motion and graphs of changes in the parameters of the technical condition of the vehicle in time. The measuring complex allows to carry out remote estimation of parameters of work and thermal training of the engine in the structure of intelligent transport systems.
