Mathematical modeling in research of reliability complex engineering
Abstract
The article considers the increasing role of research in the field of reliability with the increasing complexity of modern agricultural machines and their complexes. Emphasizes the importance of conducting preliminary analytical works on improvement of constructive solutions to the complex technology from a standpoint of ensuring the reliability of functioning. The proposed use of modern methods of definition of indicators of reliability in the design stage of machines.
Reliability theory primarily involves the development of mathematical models of functioning of technical devices, their maintenance and repairs. The results of the simulation becomes qualitatively comparative evaluation of structural solutions and the quantification of parameters in the obtained reliability indices. The reliability differ from the other feature that have a probabilistic description of the behavior of systems with limited and sometimes unavailable data exploitation in mathematical model. Despite this, the creation of models is a necessary process of quantitative assessment of the reliability and durability of systems, which is particularly important in the beginning of the machine design. Here is the rational from the standpoint of reliability, structural building designs, their components, management and discipline maintenance. Modern technologies of agricultural production require new, more complex energy-saving and reliable technology. The issues of reliability of agricultural machines and their complexes requires new solutions and approaches, especially in the field of analytical research in mathematical modeling of the functioning of machines as complex technical systems.
