Modern carbon transport and prospects for development of automotive technical operations

Abstract

The most important part of the TEC is the choice of the system of maintenance and repair (TO and P) of the RS, which is governed by a set of interrelated provisions and norms defining the order, organization, content and standards of work on ensuring the efficiency of the fleet of vehicles. The purpose of the study is to analyze the current state of AT and TEM and to develop modern approaches to control the technical condition of the car, taking into account a set of operating conditions. The state and main system problems of motor transport in Ukraine are considered at the present stage. The peculiarities of application of strategies and tactics of the modern TEC system on the motor transport of general use are shown. The basic principles of the adaptive system of MOT and R of the rolling stock of motor transport are described. On the example of existing systems on transport, new technologies for the creation of information systems for organizational and functional support of the processes of technical operation of cars at the stages of the life cycle are proposed. In connection with the analysis of the strategies and tactics of R & D and R RS it can be concluded that the traditional, formed ATCC for many years, the system of R & D, no longer meets in general the modern requirements of the TEC. Its main advantage is only an opportunity to predict the costs of spare parts and materials in the absence of modern diagnostic systems, and the main drawback - the decision to carry out maintenance works and R on the basis of information about the mileage of the RS. The operating system TO and R is based on the norms [7, 8] and implemented by the technical department of the carrier, which has more than 15 units. RS, which are located in one locality in an enterprise having a separate territory. Carrier less than 15 units. RS solves the relevant issues without creating a technical department, and a self-employed car carrier orders services at service stations or performs such work on its own. In order to control and ensure the technical state of the RS, the scheduled maintenance is maintained in accordance with the norms and standards of its manufacturer, established for normal operating conditions, taking into account information of the OVD system, in particular information obtained by scanning memory of the onboard computer of the RS with special technological means [8]. A new technique for ATZK in the field of technical control of the state of the RS is the creation of information systems for organizational and functional support for the operation of the RS. Introduction of the new basic principles of the "adaptive" system for managing the technical condition of the car in the TEM, the key point of which is the development of the information and communication system and the base of predictive models, which provide by monitoring the remote reception of the necessary current information from the RS and its processing, as well as the development of corrective influences.
