Abstract

The modern scientific concept of the formation and functioning of global supply chains and the peculiarities of their application in the field of agrologistics are considered. The official statistical materials of the state and prospects of development of the agrarian sector of the economy of Ukraine were analyzed, the cause-and-effect relationships of the real fall in the efficiency of individual sectors of the agrarian production and the shortcomings of public administration and market regulation of agricultural enterprises were determined. The possibility of quality and timely supply of material resources and the need to reform agrologistics based on the principles of logistical integration and logistic coordination are recognized. The introduction of conceptual approaches of integrated logistics and the theoretical rationale proposed in this article for the methods and processes of managing global chains of complex supplies to the theory and practice of agrologistics can help solve most of the problems hindering the competitiveness and export-import efficiency of the domestic agrosphere. An analysis of the current state of the logistical support of the AIC found that among the growing number of problems of agrologistics there are serious strategic risks and threats. The agricultural sector of Ukraine is a complex branched dynamic system of industries, enterprises and organizations, which requires both targeted state management and free market regulation using a logistic approach to managing the resource supply of agricultural production and distribution and distribution of products of the agro-industrial complex. Stable long-term partnerships of the holding with suppliers, customers, outsourcing companies and a distribution network will help reduce market risks and create a synergy of corporateization of the global supply chain. For efficient functioning of supply chains in the system of agronomy, first of all, it is necessary to form a client-oriented complex of supply objects in accordance with the complex needs of consumers. The function of the virtual coordination and regulation of such a highly complex multi-item and multifunctionalchain of complex supply can also be assumed by the focal company of the chain, using a hierarchical control scheme for coordinated and systematic interaction of all the actors of the supply chain. An author's approach has been developed to define the supply chain as a loop of the spiral nature of the main stages of transforming primary resources into a final product meeting the needs of consumers. A number of recommendations for improving the efficiency of supply chain management in the field of agrologistics is proposed.
